The Role
Reporting to the Managing Director, the individual leads a small team of 6 highly specialized and
multi-skilled workforce in operations and maintenance of an outsourced Major Hazard Installation at
Jwaneng Mine. The facility handles bulk hazardous chemicals including hydrofluoric and nitric acids.
The role requires a hands-on and proactive individual who is team player with a strong focus on
safety leadership.
Requirements:
B.Eng. in Chemical Engineering/Mineral Processing/Metallurgical Engineering or equivalent with
minimum of 5 years post qualification experience preferably in a mining environment, ERB
registered and a Botswana citizen.
